Embden Pond Association summer events and other assorted information.
🥞*4th of July “back to the lake breakfast” at the Embden Community Center 8:00-10:00 a.m. 🛥️Boat parade beginning at 1:00 p.m. with an Americana theme.
🪧*11th of July “around the lake” yard sale (Look for the map on the Embden Community Connection and Embden Pond Association Facebook pages.)
🥤*1st of August Embden Pond Association annual meeting and brunch (new time: 10:00-12:00) at the Embden Community Center
📚*Embden Thrift Store at the Embden Community Center is open 9-12 on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The lending library is available as well. Sign out a book and bring it back or pick up some free books from the shelves in the hallway.
➡️➡️➡️Swim at the beach by going across the bridge just as you are coming into the parking lot. Porta Potties are available at the beach and at the boat launch. Bags are available for disposing of pet waste.
Be aware of boat and vehicle traffic. Swimming is not supposed to happen at the boat launch.
